We meet to discuss your needs, budget, and preferred home type. If you have land, we visit to assess the plot. If not, we can help you find suitable land in our partner locations.

Plan Selection & Quotation

Choose from our home models or bring your custom design. We provide a detailed quotation with material specifications, timeline, and payment schedule.

Agreement & Deposit

Once you're satisfied, we sign a building contract. A 30% deposit kicks off the project. We handle building permits and documentation.

Construction Begins

Our team breaks ground. You receive weekly photo updates and can visit the site anytime. Milestone payments are tied to construction stages.

Quality Inspection

At each major stage like foundation, roofing, and finishing, we conduct quality checks. You're invited to inspect before we proceed.

Handover & Move In

Final walkthrough, snag list completion, and key handover. Welcome to your new home! Our support continues with a 1-year structural warranty.
